摘要
目的 探讨基于情感适应理论的心理干预结合反馈式健康教育对肺癌患者心理弹性、疾病知信行及副反应的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的100例肺癌患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于情感适应理论的心理干预结合反馈式健康教育。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的心理弹性各维度评分、疾病知信行各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组放化疗期间Ⅲ度及以上副反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于情感适应理论的心理干预结合反馈式健康教育能够提高肺癌患者的心理弹性与疾病知信行,减少副反应的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention based on emotional adaptation theory combined with feedback health education on psychological resilience,disease knowledge,belief and behavior,and side effects in patients with lung cancer.Methods One hundred patients with lung cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group implemented psychological intervention based on emotional adaptation theory combined with feedback health education on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of resilience,and all dimensions of disease knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of gradeⅢand above side effects during radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention based on emotional adaptation theory combined with feedback health education can improve the psychological resilience and disease knowledge,belief and behavior of lung cancer patients,and reduce the occurrence of side effects.
