基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合标准化营养照护模式对2型糖尿病患者饮食控制、血糖水平及健康知信行的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on behavioral change theory combined with standardized nutritional care model on diet control, blood glucose level and health knowledge, belief and behavior of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的 探究基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合标准化营养照护模式在2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用效果。方法 择取2019年1月至2021年2月我院接收的162例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各81例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合标准化营养照护模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果 干预后,观察组的饮食控制总依从率、知信行量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于行为转变理论的护理干预结合标准化营养照护模式用于T2DM临床护理中,可有效提高健康知信行水平、饮食及血糖水平控制效果,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on behavioral change theory combined with standardized nutritional care model in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From January 2019 to February 2021,162 patients with T2DM enrolled in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing plan,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 81 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on behavioral change theory combined with standardized nutritional care model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total compliance rate of diet control and the scores of each dimension of knowledge,belief and behavior scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and mean of daily differences(MODD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on behavioral change theory combined with standardized nutritional care model for T2DM clinical nursing can effectively improve the level of health knowledge,belief and behavior,diet and blood glucose level control effect,which is worthy of promotion.
