摘要 目的 探究早期营养护理对胃癌术后患者免疫功能、营养指标的影响。方法 选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的92例胃癌术后患者,遵循随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组开展常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上开展早期营养护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果 护理后,研究组的免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平及白细胞分化抗原3阳性(CD3+)、白细胞分化抗原4阳性/白细胞分化抗原8阳性(CD4+/CD8+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组的血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、总蛋白(TP)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的术后肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气、排便、进食时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 早期营养护理有利于改善胃癌术后患者免疫功能、营养指标,减少术后不良反应的发生。 Objective To explore the effects of early nutritional nursing on immune function,nutritional indexes of patients with gastric cancer after operation.Methods A total of 92 patients with gastric cancer after operation admitted in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,and the study group carried out early nutritional nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),cluster of differentiation 3 positive(CD3+)and cluster of differentiation 4 positive/cluster of differentiation 8 positive(CD4+/CD8+)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA)and total protein(TP)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The time of postoperative bowel sound recovery,anal exhaust,defecation and eating,and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nutritional nursing is beneficial to improve the immune function and nutritional indexes of patients with gastric cancer after operation,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions.
