路径导向性护理结合复合保温护理对老年前列腺癌手术患者术中体温、应激反应及苏醒质量的影响

Effects of path-oriented nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing on intraoperative body temperature, stress response and recovery quality of elderly patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery

目的 探讨路径导向性护理结合复合保温护理在老年前列腺癌手术患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年3月至2021年3月我院收治的80例老年前列腺癌手术患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用路径导向性护理结合复合保温护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果 手术10、30 min及术毕,观察组的体温高于对照组(P<0.05)。手术30 min、术毕,观察组的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的拔管时间、清醒时间及离室时间短于对照组,苏醒后镇静-躁动评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床对老年前列腺癌手术患者采用路径导向性护理结合复合保温护理有助于维持体温稳定,减轻机体应激反应,提升苏醒质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of path-oriented nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing in elderly patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery.Methods Eighty elderly patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery admitted in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given path-oriented nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 10,30 min of operation and at the end of operation,the body temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 30 min of operation and at the end of operation,the levels of norepinephrine(NE)and dopamine(DA)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time,awake time and departure time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the sedation-agitation score after awakening was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of path-oriented nursing combined with compound heat preservation nursing for elderly patients undergoing prostate cancer surgery can help maintain the stability of body temperature,reduce the stress response of the body,and promote recovery quality.
