唾液链球菌在口腔感染性疾病中的应用进展

Application progress of Streptococcus salivarius in oral infectious diseases

口腔内复杂多样的微生物相互作用、相互影响,共同维持微生态平衡。当这种动态平衡被打破,致病菌不断增殖成为优势菌,便导致龋病等口腔感染性疾病的发生。唾液链球菌作为常见的益生菌,在治疗和预防口腔相关疾病中有着广泛的应用前景。本文就唾液链球菌在维持口腔健康中的相关研究进行综述,主要介绍其在防治龋病、口腔异味、咽炎扁桃体炎、口腔念珠病和口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)等常见口腔疾病中的应用,并对其机制进行相关阐述,以期为后续唾液链球菌防治口腔疾病的进一步深入研究提供参考。

The complex and diverse microorganisms in the oral cavity interact and influence each other to maintain the microecological balance.When this dynamic balance is broken,the pathogenic bacteria continue to proliferate and become the dominant bacteria,which leads to the occurrence of oral infectious diseases such as dental caries.As a common probiotic,Streptococcus salivarius has broad application prospects in the treatment and prevention of oral-related diseases.This article reviews the related research on Streptococcus salivarius in maintaining oral health,mainly introduces its application in the prevention and treatment of common oral diseases such as dental caries,oral odor,pharyngitis,tonsillitis,oral candidiasis and oral lichen planus(OLP),and expounds its mechanism,in order to provide reference for further research on the prevention and treatment of oral diseases by Streptococcus salivarius.
