摘要
通过实际监测与模拟试验相结合的方式,研究汉江某水厂的高锰酸盐指数的去除特性,以实现通过工艺参数的调整提升出厂水质,为汉江其他水厂的水处理提供技术支持。研究发现,高锰酸盐指数的去除率随季节而变化,汛期去除率较高,混凝沉淀为该厂去除率最高的工艺单元。高锰酸盐指数变化规律与浊度基本一致,浊度降低至1 NTU左右时高锰酸盐指数不再降低,但随加氯量的增加而降低然后稳定。混凝沉淀对挥发性有机物的去除作用不明显,加氯氧化对其去除有一定的作用。
In order to achieve water quality improvement through processes adjustment and provide technological support to other waterworks along the Han River, practical monitoring and simulation experiment are adopted to investigate the characteristic of permanganate index removal of a waterwork which uses Han River as its source water. The research indicates that the removal rate of permanganate index is the higher in flood season. Flocculation and sediment are units with the highest removal efficiency. Permanganate index fluctuates in similar trend with turbidity. It will keep stable when turbidity is down to about 1 NTU. While it decreases with chlorine dosage increasing and become steady. Flocculation and sediment are inefficient for VOCs removal, while oxidation with chlorine has a certain effect.
