摘要
针对选煤厂的洗选能力远低于矿井生产能力,且富余的矿井原煤或毛煤大多采用委托洗选方式进行洗选加工的现状,为提高洗选加工能力,按照山西焦煤集团精煤战略实施要求,结合实际提出“一厂三基地+井下矸石分选充填”建设模式,并对新形势下建设选煤厂进行了相关思考。分析表明,建设新的选煤厂作为稳定和提高企业经济效益的有效手段,是山西焦煤集团打造具有全球竞争力炼焦煤企业的必然选择和内在要求。
The present situation faced by Shanxi Coking Coal Group is that the treating capacities of the coking coal washing plants are far below that of the coal mines,and the raw coal or run-of-mine coal that is left untreated is washed and processed on a commission basis.In order to enhance the coal washing capacity,and meet the requirement for implementing the"clean coal strategy",the group opts for the coal preparation plant construction mode in line with the specific conditions,i.e.construction of a coal preparation plan with 3 bases and the capacity of making,underground stowing with waste rock.Some thoughts on such a plant construction mode under the new situation is presented in the paper.As shown by analysis results,construction of new types of plants proves to be an effective approach for stabilizing and improving economic benefits and also the coking coal group's inevitable choice and internal requirement in its effort to build a globally first-rate enterprise with world wide competitiveness.
