异质煤泥在浮选机中的分布规律研究

摘要 为探索浮选工艺环节精煤损失规律,以临涣选煤厂浮选入料为研究对象,基于浮选理论分析了产品灰分与粒度分布,探索了异质煤泥对临涣选煤厂浮选性能的影响,解析了异质煤泥在煤泥分选过程中对精煤产品的污染情况。研究结果表明:细粒煤泥进入浮选机进行深度浮选,各浮选室中主导粒级含量逐渐降低,而灰分不断增加;精煤产品累计产率随煤泥粒度的减小而增加,其中粗颗粒煤泥掺杂现象并没有随浮选过程的进行而消除,且浮选机一室至四室的精煤灰分逐渐升高,细粒级煤泥灰分偏高主要原因是细泥罩盖;浮选尾煤中细粒煤含量占比最高,而存在的粗颗粒煤泥导致浮选工艺负担增加,降低了浮选效率。建议临涣选煤厂及时调整浮选工艺设备工况,优化浮选药剂制度,以减少异质煤泥污染现象。试验结果为临涣选煤厂浮选工艺参数优化提供了有益参考。 In order to explore the pattern of loss of concentrate in flotation process,the flotation feed of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the object to analyze the ash and size distribution of flotation products based on flotation theory as well as the influence of heterogeneous coal slime on flotation performance,and the contamination of concentrate incurred by the presence of heterogeneous slime during flotation process.As indicated by study results,due to entry of fine slime into flotation machine to undergo in-depth flotation,the dominant size in each cell tends to gradually lower in content,leading to the continuous rise of its ash content;the cumulative yield rate of concentrate is seen to increase with the diminution of size of slime particles,and the phenomenon of intermingling of coarser slime is not eliminated with the ongoing flotation process;the ash values of the concentrate products from the first to the fourth cells tend to gradually go up;the high ash of tailings is attributed to the covering effect produced by fine mud;the fine coal in tailings has a highest share in proportion;and the presence of coarser slime adds to the workload and reduces the efficiency of flotation process.It is suggested that Linhuan Plant make timely adjustment of working conditions of process equipment and optimize the reagent regime to reduce contamination of concentrate caused by heterogeneous slime.The test results obtained provide a valuable reference for optimization of flotation process parameters at Linhuan Plant.
