摘要
刀架在数控车床中属于最为基础的部分,同时在整个车床配件中占有重要位置。数控车床中使用最为广泛的刀架形态即电动式刀架,其由电动刀架和卧式电动刀架2种类型共同构成。在使用过程中,电动换刀架的选择与置换操作正确与否关系到整个车床使用过程中效率提升效果好坏。正确的操作模式可有效减少时间浪费,降低操作误差,提升数控车床对复杂零件的加工精度。论文以六工位的立式电动刀架的PLC程序为例,探讨了该程序的组织和调试方法。
Tool rest belongs to the most basic part of CNC lathe,and occupies an important position in the whole lathe accessories.The most widely used tool rest in CNC lathe is electric tool rest,which is composed of two types:electric tool rest and horizontal electric tool rest.In the use process,the correct selection and replacement operation of the electric tool changer is related to the efficiency improvement effect of the whole lathe use process.The correct operation mode can effectively reduce the waste of time,reduce the operation error,and improve the machining accuracy of the CNC lathe for complex parts.Taking the PLC program of six station vertical electric tool rest as an example,this paper discusses the organization and debugging methods of the program.
