现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构建筑施工质量控制措施分析

摘要 在城市发展过程中,随着高层建筑建设数量的增加,人们对建筑物的质量要求也逐渐提高。由于空心楼盖具有造价低、承载力高、环保隔音、抗震能力强、保温隔热以及重量相对较轻等特点,因此在公共设施以及办公建筑等建筑物施工中应用越来越广泛。为了对建筑整体质量进行控制,施工单位应从各个施工环节出发,严格控制其施工质量,使空心楼盖结构施工质量进一步提高。该文首先对现浇混凝土空心楼盖的概念以及设计和施工优势进行分析,再以某工程为例,对其空心楼盖施工中常见问题进行总结,并以此为基础,提出质量控制措施,旨在为今后现浇混凝土空心楼盖施工提供借鉴。 In the process of urban development,the number of high-rise buildings is also increasing,and people’s quality requirements for buildings are gradually improving.Because hollow floor has the characteristics of low cost,high bearing capacity,environmental protection,sound insulation,strong seismic resistance,thermal insulation and relatively light weight,it is increasingly used in the construction of public facilities,office buildings and other buildings.In order to control the overall quality of the building,the construction unit should strictly control its construction quality from each construction link to further improve the construction quality of hollow floor structure.This paper first analyzes the concept,design and construction advantages of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor,and then takes a project as an example to summarize the common problems in the construction of its hollow floor,and on this basis,puts forward quality control measures,aiming to provide reference for the construction of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor in the future.
