摘要
随着社会的发展与科学技术的进步,人们的生活水平得到明显提升,但环境也受到严重污染。人们赖以生存的水资源同样受到了严重污染,对人们的生命安全产生严重威胁。其中,水体内的有机污染物具有致癌、致畸等作用,且因为在水体内的浓度偏低,检测难度较高,有可能进入人体,侵害人体健康。因此,水体污染物前处理以及检测工作便显得尤为重要。基于此,该文介绍了水体内有机污染物的主要来源及其影响,同时分析常规处理技术具有的局限性,并提出固相萃取法以及液液萃取法等方法,介绍了水体内有机物的检测应用方式,以期能为水体有机污染物去除以及检测工作提供相应的参考。
With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,but the environment has also been seriously polluted.In particular,the water resources that people rely on for survival have also been seriously polluted,posing a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives.Among them,the organic pollutants in the water have carcinogenic and teratogenic effects,and because of the low concentration in the water,it is difficult to detect,which may enter the human body and harm human health.Therefore,the pretreatment and detection of water pollutants are particularly important.Based on this,this paper introduces the main sources and impacts of organic pollutants in water bodies,analyzes the limitations of conventional treatment technologies,proposes solid phase extraction and liquid-liquid extraction methods,and introduces the detection and application methods of organic substances in water bodies,hoping to provide reference for the removal and detection of organic pollutants in water.
