摘要 由于危险化学品本身具有易燃、易爆等危险特性,需运输危险化学品的种类越来越多,需求量逐年递增,由此引发的运输风险随之上升。该文主要是在对近年来危险化学品运输路线规划方法研究基础之上,结合运输业务特点以及环境敏感受体固有属性,通过搭建危险化学品道路运输路线规划平台集成路线规划分析算法,进行自定义标注路线、路线规避数据集成、运输路线风险评估等功能应用,确保危险化学品运输及环境保护安全。 As hazardous chemicals themselves have inflammable,explosive and other dangerous characteristics,more and more types of hazardous chemicals are transported,and the demand increases year by year,resulting in increased transportation risks.Based on the research of hazardous chemicals transportation route planning methods in recent years,combined with the characteristics of transportation business and the inherent attributes of environmentally sensitive receptors,this paper builds a hazardous chemicals road transportation route planning platform to integrate route planning analysis algorithms,and carries out self defined route labeling,route avoidance data integration,transportation route risk assessment and other functional applications to ensure the safety of hazardous chemicals transportation and environmental protection.
