新工科背景下交通土建方向毕业设计改革探索——以新疆大学为例

摘要 毕业设计是集知识融会贯通和稳固、能力培养、素质训练为一体的综合性教学过程。“新工科”背景下,为探求新时代符合土木工程专业人才培养规律的新模式,以新疆大学交通土建方向毕业设计环节为例,分别从选题、组织及指导模式、进度控制几个方面进行了教学改革,通过增加选题类别、合理分配选题类别数量、调整选题模式、野外调研、校企合作、结合大赛、开展讲座、加强进度控制等形式,全方位关注学生能力的培养,提升学生未来就业的社会竞争力,并针对近两年的本科毕业生通过问卷调查的形式进行效果反馈及分析,以便总结经验、完善不足,达到持续改进的目的。近两年的教学实践改革经验分享可为其他高校或其他专业的毕业设计环节提供一定的参考。 Graduation design is a comprehensive teaching process that integrates knowledge,ability cultivation and quality training.Under the background of"new engineering",in order to explore a new mode that conforms to the law of talent training for civil engineering majors in the new era,it takes the graduation design of Transportation and Civil Engineering Major of Xinjiang University as an example,and carries out teaching reform from the aspects of topic selection,organization and guidance mode,and schedule control respectively.By increasing topic selection categories,rationally allocating the number of topic selection categories,adjusting the topic selection mode,field research,school enterprise cooperation,combining with competitions,holding lectures,strengthening progress control and other forms,we will pay attention to the cultivation of students’ability in an all-round way,improve the social competitiveness of students for future employment,and provide feedback and analysis on the effects of recent two years’undergraduate graduates through questionnaires,so as to summarize experience and improve deficiencies,achieve the goal of continuous improvement.The experience sharing of teaching practice reform in recent two years can provide some reference for graduation design of other universities or other majors.
