武陵山区乡村体育教师职业能力精准帮扶的策略探析

在2020年全面建成小康社会的时代背景下,精准扶贫工作进入了一个新阶段,我国不断加强乡村地区经济扶贫、思想扶贫、知识扶贫工作的力度,并取得了显著成效,“体育+”模式成为乡村教育扶贫的新路径。在此背景下,乡村体育教育精准扶贫成为重要工作,而乡村地区学校体育教育是工作的重中之重,乡村体育教师队伍是加强体育教育扶贫的主要动力,乡村体育教师职业能力的不断提升与加强是促进农村体育教师发展的必要途径,同时这与我国农村素质教育全面发展的要求相吻合。目前,从整体来看,我国乡村地区体育教育资源匮乏,体育教育水平较低,为了适应国家对乡村地区体育教师脱贫攻坚的政策,该文从改善民生的视角来审视乡村体育教师职业能力不足的问题,通过对武陵山区乡村体育教育现状的分析,探讨加强乡村地区体育教师职业能力的策略,构建适合乡村体育教师职业能力精准扶贫的理论体系与实践运作模式,总结经验,不断带动更多乡村体育教师队伍建设和发展。

In the context of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020, the targeted poverty alleviation work has entered a new stage. China has continuously strengthened the economic, ideological and intellectual poverty alleviation in rural areas, and has achieved remarkable results. The "sports +" model has become a new path in the rural education poverty alleviation policy. In this context, targeted poverty alleviation in rural physical education has become an important work, and physical education in rural schools is the top priority of the work,the team of rural PE teachers is the main driving force to strengthen physical education poverty alleviation, and the continuous improvement and strengthening of rural PE teachers’ professional ability is a necessary way to promote the development of rural PE teachers. This coincides with the demand of all-round development of quality education in rural areas. At present, on the whole, the physical education resources in rural areas are lacking and the level of physical education is low. In order to adapt to the national policy of poverty alleviation for rural PE teachers, this paper examines the lack of professional ability of rural PE teachers from the perspective of improving people’s livelihood. Through the analysis of the current situation of rural physical education in Wuling Mountain area, it explores the strategies to strengthen the professional ability of rural PE teachers, construct the theoretical system and practical operation mode suitable for the targeted poverty alleviation of rural PE teachers’ professional ability, sum up experience, and constantly drive the construction and development of more rural PE teachers.
