管式煤矸石—石英基陶瓷支撑体的制备研究

摘要 以石英砂和煤矸石为主要原料,采用模压成型法制备管式煤矸石—石英基陶瓷支撑体。通过XRD、SEM、三点弯曲法、压汞法、质量损失法和自制装置对陶瓷支撑体的物相组成、显微结构、抗折强度、孔径、耐酸碱腐蚀性、纯水通量等进行表征和测试。考察了原料配比、烧结温度、保温时间等因素对陶瓷支撑体性能的影响。实验结果表明:原料配比石英砂∶煤矸石∶钾长石∶羧甲基纤维素钠∶碳酸钠∶四硼酸钠=53.5∶30∶5∶5∶4∶2.5,在烧结温度850℃、保温时间30 min条件下,可制备气孔率40%、抗折强度9.17 MPa、孔径25μm、耐酸腐蚀质量损失率1.1%、耐碱腐蚀质量损失率3%、纯水通量100.7 m^(3)·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1)的低成本管式煤矸石—石英基陶瓷支撑体。 With quartz sand and coal gangue as the main raw materials,the tubular ceramic support based on quartz and coal gangue was prepared by a molding method.Phase composition,microstructure,flexural strength,pore diameter,acid and alkali corrosion resistance and pure water flux of the ceramic support were characterized by XRD,SEM,three-point bending method,mercury intrusion method,mass loss method and self-made pure water flux measurement device.The effects of raw material ratio,sintering temperature,holding time and other factors on the properties of ceramic support were investigated.The results show that the raw material ratio is quartz sand∶coal gangue∶potassium feldspar∶sodium carboxymethyl cellulose∶sodium carbonate∶sodium tetraborate=53.5∶30∶5∶5∶4∶2.5,sintering temperature is 850℃and holding time is 30 min;Under these conditions,the low-cost tubular ceramic support based on quartz and coal gangue can be prepared with porosity of 40%,flexural strength of 9.17 MPa,pore diameter of 25μm,the mass loss rate of acid corrosion resistance of 1.1%,the mass loss rate of alkali corrosion resistance of 3%,and pure water flux of 100.7 m^(3)·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1).
