摘要
汝窑是我国宋代五大名窑之一,汝窑青瓷素有“天青色”的美誉。从化学组成的角度看,汝釉中的主要着色元素是铁元素。汝釉具有低硅、高铝、高钙的特点,为汝瓷釉层中析晶—分相结构的形成提供了基本的理化条件。汝釉在较强的还原气氛下烧成,铁元素主要以二价铁离子的形式存在,使釉面呈较纯正的青色。汝釉的烧成温度较低,降温过程可能较慢,有利于釉层中析晶—分相结构的形成,而析晶—分相结构导致的物理着色作用有助于釉面表现出蓝色乳光。
Ru kiln is one of the five famous kilns in the Song Dynasty, and its celadon is known as “sky blue”. Viewed from the chemical composition, the main coloring element in Ru glaze is iron. Ru glaze has the characteristics of low Silicon, high Aluminum and high Calcium, which provides the basic physical and chemical conditions for the formation of crystallization and phase separation structure in Ru glaze layer. Ru glaze is fired in a strong atmosphere of reduction, iron elements mainly exist in the form of divalent iron ions, so that the glaze is more pure Cyan. The firing temperature of Ru glaze is low, and the cooling process may be slow, which is conducive to the formation of crystallization and phase separation structure in the glaze layer. The physical coloring due to the crystallization-phase separation structure contributes to the blue opacification of the glaze.
