价值链视角下盈峰环境并购中联环境的动因研究

Research on the Motivation of Yingfeng Environment M & A Zhonglian Environment from the Perspective of Value Chain

随着可持续发展与绿色低碳生活的相继提出,我国环保产业步入蓬勃发展的黄金时期。作为一个全新的朝阳产业,吸引了大量资本的青睐,并购已成为环保企业进行价值链整合、产生规模效益和协同效应的重要途径之一。该文基于企业价值链的视角,通过对盈峰环境收购中联环境的主要原因展开研究,总结盈峰环境对标的企业的战略选择以及在其收购后各项要素整合需注意的地方,并希望为环保企业的并购与整合过程提供参考借鉴意义。

Along with the proposal of sustainable development and green low carbon life one after another, China’environmental protection industry has entered the booming golden age. As a new sunrise industry, M & A has attracted a lot of capital. M & A has become one of the important ways for environmental protection enterprises to integrate the value chain and generate scale benefits and synergies. Based on the perspective of enterprise value chain, this paper studies the main reasons for Yingfeng Environment’s acquisition of Zhonglian Environment, summarizes the strategic choices of Yingfeng Environment’s target enterprises and the points needing attention in the integration of various elements after its acquisition, and hopes to provide reference for the merger and integration process of environmental protection enterprises.
