摘要
读者服务是高校图书馆的基本职能。当前,高校图书馆读者服务需求正发生着深刻的变化,一方面,随着高校社会化服务的稳步推进,读者服务对象的边界日益模糊;另一方面,由于信息时代的到来,极大地提升了读者服务的要求。该文基于此,以“互联网+”时代图书馆数字资源服务为研究内容,首先阐释了数字资源服务的特点,包括从信息服务向知识服务转变、从被动服务向主动服务转变、从标准服务向个性服务转变,继而分析了数字资源服务的内容,如定位检索服务、自主借阅服务、信息交互服务,归纳总结了数字资源服务的价值,并提出了相应的保障措施。
Reader service is the basic function of university library. The reader service demand of university library is undergoing profound changes. On the one hand, with the steady advance of the socialization service of university,the boundary of the reader service object is becoming increasingly blurred. On the other hand, the advent of the information age has greatly enhanced the requirements of reader service. Based on this, taking the digital resource services of libraries in the "Internet+" era as the research content, this paper first explains the characteristics of digital resource services, including the transformation from information services to knowledge services, from passive services to active services, and from standard services to personalized services, and it sums up the value of digital resource service, and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.
