高层建筑施工中存在的质量通病与施工质量控制措施分析

在我国社会不断发展的过程中,城市化的发展速度也越来越快,在此过程中,人们对住房需求、对住房质量的要求也随之增加。在房屋建筑建设过程中,随着建筑高度的不断增加,其质量问题也越来越突出,这些质量通病不但会使建筑使用安全性受到影响,还会使其的使用寿命受到影响,因此,施工企业应对高层建筑质量进行控制。该文首先对当前高层建筑中存在的质量通病进行总结,并对其质量通病产生的原因进行分析,最后从多个角度出发,提出高层建筑质量控制的主要措施,在保障施工质量的前提下,使其使用寿命进一步提高,旨在为今后高层建筑建设提供借鉴。

In the process of the continuous development of our society, the speed of urbanization is getting faster and faster, and in this process, people’s housing needs and requirements for housing quality are also increasing. In the process of building construction, with the continuous increasing height of the building, its quality problems are becoming more and more prominent, and these common quality problems will not only affect the safety of the building use, but also affects its service life. Therefore, construction enterprises should control the quality of high-rise buildings. Firstly, this paper summarizes the common quality problems existing in high-rise buildings at present,then analyzes the causes of the common quality problems, and finally, puts forward the main measures for quality control of high-rise buildings from many angles to further improve their service life on the premise of ensuring the construction quality, aiming to provide reference for future high-rise construction.
