水土保持与荒漠化防治中的生态治理对策

Ecological Governance Countermeasures in Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Control

随着近年来我国国民经济的飞速发展,我国居民对于生态环境的要求也变得越来越高。水土流失与荒漠化现象对我国的生态环境造成了巨大的破坏,该文主要围绕水土保持与荒漠化防治中的生态治理对策进行了研究,首先阐述了水土流失与荒漠化的具体内容,分析了水土流失与荒漠化的影响因素,就水土流失与荒漠化的危害进行了讨论;其次,在此基础上提出了相应的水土保持与荒漠化防治生态治理对策。在应用生态治理对策的过程中,要先对水土流失生态治理类型与适用范围进行划分,从预防、管控与治理这3个方面入手,落实水土保持与荒漠化防治工作;同时,对区域内的水土保持与荒漠化现状进行深度调查,推动生态治理资金用在刀刃上,希望能够通过小流域综合整治、坡耕地综合治理、封禁保护等措施,落实生态治理对策,以期能够为相关工作者提供参考与借鉴,推动我国水土保持与荒漠化防治水平的提升。

With the rapid development of China’s national economy in recent years, the requirements of Chinese residents for the ecological environment have become higher and higher. The phenomenon of soil erosion and desertification has caused huge damage to China’s ecological environment, and this paper mainly focuses on the ecological governance countermeasures in soil and water conservation and desertification control. Firstly, it expounds the specific content of soil erosion and desertification, analyzes the influencing factors of soil erosion and desertification, and discusses the harm of soil erosion and desertification. Secondly, on this basis, it puts forward the corresponding ecological governance countermeasures for soil and water conservation and desertification control. In the process of applying ecological governance countermeasures, it is necessary to first divide the types and application scope of soil erosion ecological governance, and implements soil and water conservation and desertification control from three aspects: prevention, control and governance.At the same time, an in-depth investigation of the current situation of soil and water conservation and desertification in the region is carried out to promote the use of ecological governance funds. It is hoped that ecological management countermeasures can be implemented through measures such as comprehensive improvement of small watersheds, comprehensive treatment of sloping farmland and closure and protection, in order to provide reference for relevant workers and promote the improvement of soil and water conservation and desertification control level in my country.
