“三位一体”复合体系内涵和机制的分析与实践

摘要 校企深度融合、工学结合是高职职业教育实现高素质技能型人才培养目标的根本路径,是职业教育的核心理念。根据人才培养的生命周期理论和三全育人要求自定义“三位一体”复合体系,构建“一院一平台一联盟”共建人才培养共同体,形成校企协同育人机制;通过教学内容和职业标准对接、教学过程和生产过程对接”,实现“岗课证”教学内容一体;构建“学、用、创”三位一体的培养过程,将“通用、专门、创新创业”三段能力融合,达到“价值塑造、能力培养、知识传授”三位一体的人才素质培养目标。 The deep integration of school and enterprise and the combination of working and learning is the fundamental path for higher vocational education to realize the goal of cultivating high-quality skilled talents, and is the core idea of vocational education. According to the life cycle theory of talent cultivation and the requirement of "Three-wide Education", we define the "Trinity" compound system, construct the "One Hospital, One Platform and One Alliance" community of talent cultivation, and form the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation education. Through "the docking of teaching content and professional standards and the docking of teaching process and production process", the teaching content of "Post, curriculum and certificate" can be integrated. The trinity training process of "learning, application and creation" can be constructed, and the three-stage ability of "General,specialized, and innovative and pioneering" can be combined to achieve the trinity talent quality training goal of "Value molding, ability training and knowledge imparting".
