摘要
在当前“新工科”建设大背景下,把握好本科毕业设计这一高校人才培养体系中的重要实践环节具有重大意义。论文以毕业设计指导教师的视角,分析了本科毕业设计及论文中存在的问题,分别从指导教师教育观念、教师出题与学生选题、学生对毕业设计任务的认知、学生论文撰写能力培养等多个方面,总结提炼出行之有效的方法和措施,以提升本科毕业生科研创新能力、工程实践能力以及社会竞争力,使之更符合OBE先进教育理念。
Under the background of the current construction of "New Engineering", it is of great significance to get hold of the undergraduate graduation project which is an important practice process in the talent training system of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes problems existing in the undergraduate graduation project and thesis from the perspective of the graduation design supervisors, and summarizes and extracts effective methods and measures from the aspects, such as supervisors’ educational concepts, the supervisors’ project setting and the students’ project selection, the students’ understanding of graduation project tasks and the training of students’ thesis writing ability, so as to improve the ability of scientific research and innovation, the engineering practice ability and social competitiveness of graduates and make them more consistent with the advanced OBE education concept.
