乡村振兴背景下乡村发展水平综合评价研究

ON THE COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF RURAL DEVELOPMENT LEVEL IN THE RURAL REVITALIZATION

随着乡村振兴战略的深入推进与落实,乡村发展迎来巨大的机遇,同时也面临着巨大的挑战.研究从乡村振兴视角切入,构建乡村发展水平综合评价指标体系,运用AHP、熵值法确定指标权重,通过综合指数计算方法得出涉村镇29个乡村的乡村发展水平综合指数,确定乡村发展等级、划分乡村类型,最后对评价结果进行分析研究.结果表明涉村镇整体乡村发展水平偏低,但各乡村存在显著的差异,且乡村发展问题明显;同时,分析发现影响乡村发展水平的因素多样.因此,提出了提高乡村发展水平的发展路径,以期为县域国土空间规划的制定提供参考依据,为微观层面的乡村发展研究提供新思路.

With the in-depth promotion and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural development has ushered in great opportunities with great challenges.AHP and entropy method are used to determine the index weight for constructing a comprehensive evaluation index system of rural development level from the perspective of rural revitalization.By the comprehensive index calculation method,the comprehensive index of rural development level of 29 villages is obtained.The comprehensive index of rural development level is determined,the rural types are divided,and the evaluation results are analyzed.The results show that the overall level of rural development is low,but there are obvious differences among villages,and the problems of rural development are obvious.At the same time,the analysis found that the factors affecting the level of rural development are diverse.This paper puts for-ward the development path to improve the level of rural development,providing the reference for the formulation of county territorial space planning,and a new idea for the study of rural development at the micro level.
