关于聚羧酸减水剂抗泥助剂的性能研究

摘要 为复配出能够有效降低聚羧酸减水剂净浆流动度经时损失的抗泥助剂,实验首先采用单因素实验来选择不同种类的功能性助剂作为抗泥助剂的4种组分,然后通过正交实验确定出抗泥助剂的最佳配比.研究通过净浆流动度单因素实验对各组分的种类进行选择,优选出离子络合组分麦芽糖醇、泥土吸附组分聚乙二醇2000、泥土分散组分偏重亚硫酸钠和缓凝组分葡萄糖酸钠,进一步通过正交实验确定了各组分的最佳配比m(麦芽糖醇)∶m(聚乙二醇2000)∶m(偏重亚硫酸钠)∶m(葡萄糖酸钠)=2∶17.5∶1∶25复配成的聚羧酸减水剂抗泥助剂.抗泥助剂与聚羧酸减水剂复配的效果明显优于单掺聚羧酸减水剂,并且复配后可以显著的降低净浆流动度的经时损失,且对其他性能无不利影响. To obtain the anti-sludge additives that can effectively reduce the loss of net slurry flow of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent,one-factor experiment is used to select different kinds of functional additives as four com-ponents of anti-sludge additives,and the optimal ratio of anti-sludge additives is determined by orthogonal experi-ment.The study employs the component through the single factor test of net slurry flow,in which,the ion complexing component maltitol,the clay adsorption component polyethylene glycol(PEG)2000,the clay dispersion component sodium pyrosulfite,and the retarding component sodium gluconate are selected.The optimal ratio of m(maltol):m(PEG 2000):m(sodium pyrosulfite):m(sodium gluconate)is 2:17.5:1:25,making compound polycarboxylic acid wa-ter reducing agent anti-sludge agent KN.The effect of mixing of anti-mud agent KN with polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is obviously better than that of single admixture carboxylic acid water reducing agent,and the tempo-ral loss of net slurry flow can be significantly reduced after mixing,which has no adverse effect on other properties.
