某砖混教学楼安全抗震检测与加固改造 被引量:1

摘要 目前,乡镇居住用房、公共设施用房绝大部分都是砌体结构房屋,大多未经正规设计和施工,安全性和抗震性存在较大隐患.文中以淮南市孔店乡某2层平屋顶砌体结构教学楼为例,依据相关规范标准,通过查阅相关原始资料、现场外观检测以及构件材料强度测定等手段,对其安全性以及抗震性进行鉴定.经过PKPM验算,对其安全抗震性进一步的校核,并对鉴定结果进行分析,进而提出相关的加固改造建议.结果表明该教学楼安全性以及抗震性不符合规范要求,但经过加固改造后能满足现行规范要求. At present,the majority of residential houses and public facilities houses are masonry buildings,most of which have not been formally designed and constructed.A two-story masonry teaching building is with flat roof in Kongdian Township of Huainan City.According to relevant codes and standards,the safety and seismic resistance of the building are identified by means of consulting relevant original materials,on-site appearance inspection,and component material strength measurement.Through PKPM software checking,the safety and seismic resistance are verified and validated,based on which,the relevant reinforcement and transformation suggestions are proposed.The results show that the safety and earthquake resistance of the teaching building do not meet the requirements of the code,but can meet the requirements of the current code after the reinforcement.
