摘要
针对我国装配式建筑模式成本始终高于传统现浇建筑模式的问题,促进装配式建筑的发展和推广运用,文中对我国装配式建筑全产业链分为设计、生产、运输和施工4个阶段进行成本因素分析.应用模糊层次综合评价法来构建装配式建筑全产业链成本指标评价模型,利用层次分析法(AHP)计算各成本影响因素的权重,通过模糊综合评判法构造隶属度矩阵,创建评判模型.得出所列成本因素对于装配式建筑整体造价成本高的影响程度.评判模型结果分析施工阶段对全产业链成本的影响程度最大.
The cost of the prefabricated building mode in China is always higher than that of the traditional cast-in-place building mode.To promote the development of prefabricated buildings,this paper analyzes the cost factors of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings in China,which is divided into the design,the produc-tion,the transportation,and the construction.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model of the cost index of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the weight of each cost influencing factor,and the membership matrix is construct-ed through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to create the evaluation model.The results show that the list-ed cost factors have an impact on the overall cost of prefabricated buildings.The construction stage has the greatest impact on the cost of the whole industrial chain.
