A Housing Rental Application Based on Blockchain

为实现房屋租赁的去中心化可信交易,同时保证房屋租赁应用中房源信息的真实性,研究基于区块链的房屋租赁应用。区块链的去中心化以及防篡改特性为房屋租赁应用提供了新的设计思路。针对房源信息真实性的问题,提出物联网+智能合约的房源信息“上链”方案,该方案能够有效保证房源信息的真实性。为实现房屋租赁交易的可信管理,基于比特币交易模型提出一种适用于房屋租赁应用的交易模型,最后利用以太坊平台完成了基于区块链的可信房屋租赁应用的仿真实现。

In order to realize decentralized trusted transactions of housing rental and ensure the authenticity of housing source information in the housing rental application,this paper studies the housing rental application based on blockchain.The decentralized and tamper proof features of blockchain provide a new design idea for house leasing applications.Aiming at the authenticity of housing information,this paper proposes the"online"scheme of Internet of Things+smart contract,which can effectively ensure the authenticity of housing information.In order to realize the trusted management of house leasing transactions,a transaction model suitable for house leasing applications is proposed based on the Bitcoin transaction model.Finally,the simulation implementation of the trusted house leasing application based on the blockchain is completed using the Ethereum platform.
