航空发动机机械磨损故障的诊断分析

摘要 航空运输由于其舒适性和便捷性成为大多数人出现方式的第一选择,但是,因为航空发动机磨损导致的事故问题较多,影响到了航空运输安全。故而,该文以航空发动机机械磨损故障为例,首先从航空发动机机械磨损故障诊断现状出发,对航空发动机机械磨损机理进行了简单阐述,然后分析了航空发动机机械磨损类型,最后提出了航空发动机机械磨损诊断原则及其诊断方法,以供参考。 Because of its comfort and convenience, air transport has become the first choice for most people. However, there are many accidents caused by the wear of aeroengines, which affect the safety of air transport. Therefore,this paper takes the mechanical wear fault of aeroengine as an example. Firstly, starting from the current situation of mechanical wear fault diagnosis of aeroengine, this paper briefly expounds the mechanical wear mechanism of aeroengine, then analyzes the types of mechanical wear of aeroengine, and finally puts forward the diagnostic principles and diagnostic methods of mechanical wear of aeroengine for reference.
