环形水槽系统结构设计及最佳转速比研究

摘要 该文阐述了旋转环形水槽系统结构,分为上层旋转装置、中部环形水槽、底部支撑及测控系统4个部分。环形水槽是在剪力环和环形槽的剪切力和惯性力下形成水流,它相当于过水断面水流状态相同的无限长的水槽,通过改变二者的相对转速到达最佳转速比,极大程度削弱横向环流的产生。环形水槽常用于模拟一般河流的水流结构,来研究细颗粒泥沙的起动、沉降等问题,它是水利研究人员用以研究泥沙运动特性的先进辅助设备,有着非常好的推广前景。该文利用环形水槽对最佳转速比问题开展研究,研究成果可为今后进一步开展环形水槽相关实验提供基础。 This paper expounds the structure of the rotary annular flume system,which is divided into four parts:the upper rotating device,the middle annular flume,the bottom support and the measurement and control system.The annular flume forms the flow under the shear force and inertia force of the shear ring and annular groove,which is equivalent to the infinite flume with the same flow state on the water cross section.By changing the relative speed of the two to reach the optimal speed ratio,the generation of transverse circulation is greatly weakened.Annular flume is often used to simulate the flow structure of general rivers to study the starting and settling of fine sediment.It is an advanced auxiliary equipment used by hydraulic researchers to study the characteristics of sediment movement,and has a very good promotion prospect.In this paper,the optimal rotational speed ratio is studied by using annular flume,and the research results can provide a basis for further experiments on annular flume in the future.
