高速公路路基扩建工程施工安全管理措施分析

Analysis of Construction Safety Management Measures for Expressway Subgrade Expansion Project

在交通运输行业发展过程中,高速公路运营压力也越来越大,随着车辆增加,部分地区高速公路的通行容量已经无法满足当地经济发展的需求,在这种前提下,各地区开始对高速公路实施扩建施工,为了保障高速公路扩建施工安全性,参建单位应对路基扩建过程进行安全管理。该文首先对高速公路路基扩建安全管理的重要性进行阐述;再对当前高速公路路基扩建过程中存在的安全问题进行总结;随后,以此为基础,分别对施工前安全管理准备工作、施工现场安全管理工作进行分析;最后,提出高速公路扩建过程中应急事件的处置方式及防范措施,旨在为今后高速公路路基扩建提供借鉴。

In the development of the transportation industry,the pressure of expressway operation is becoming bigger and bigger at the same time.With the increase of vehicles,the traffic capacity of expressways in some areas has been unable to meet the needs of local economic development.Under this premise,various regions began to implement expansion construction of expressways.In order to ensure the safety of expressway expansion construction,the participating units should conduct safety management during the subgrade expansion process.Firstly,this paper expounds the importance of safety management in expressway subgrade expansion;Then,it summarizes the safety problems existing in the process of expressway subgrade expansion;Then,on this basis,the pre construction safety management preparation work and the construction site safety management work are analyzed respectively;Finally,the disposal methods and preventive measures of emergency events in the process of expressway expansion are proposed to provide reference for the future expressway subgrade expansion.
