学校宿舍建筑消防分类划分问题探讨

Discussion on Division of Fire Protection Classification for Dormitory Building in School

建筑消防设计是关乎建筑安全使用的民生大事,是实现建筑防灾减灾的必要手段,同时又影响着建设投资、建筑能耗以及碳排放。建筑物的消防分类定性是消防设计的前提,但由于个人对规范条文理解的不同,导致设计人在进行学校内学生宿舍、教师公寓等的设计时对其消防分类的定性出现了不同的观点。该文在汇集了相关规范条文及其条文解释后,对其相互关联性加以分析研判,给出了学校宿舍建筑的消防分类。

Fire protection design of building is a major matter relating to the people’s livelihood for safe use of building.It is a necessary means for building disaster prevention and reduction,and it also affects construction investment,building energy consumption and carbon emissions at the same time.The fire classification and characterization of buildings is the premise of fire protection design.However,due to different personal understanding of the provisions of the code,the designers have different views on the fire classification of students’dormitories,teachers’apartments,etc.in the design of schools.After collecting the relevant regulations and their explanations,this paper analyzes and judges their interrelation,and gives the fire protection classification of school dormitory buildings.
