摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,对研究生培育质量也提出了更高的要求。课程教学是研究生培养的基石。针对现存问题,为提高工科研究生专业课的整体教学质量,提出以下3个方面的教改途径与措施:一是将线上、线下混合式教学方式引入,推进传统课堂向师生“平等主体”课堂教学的转变;二是开展面向科研实践导向的教学方法,理论联系实践;三是探讨全过程综合成绩评定方式,构建基于问卷调查和当面访谈等反馈机制的闭环教学质量控制系统。相关措施亦可推广应用于其他有关课程的教学实践之中,具有一定的探索和启发意义。 With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,it also puts forward higher requirements on the cultivation quality of graduate students.Course teaching is the cornerstone of postgraduate training.In view of the existing problems,in order to improve the overall teaching quality of specialized courses for engineering postgraduates,teaching reform approaches and measures at three aspects are proposed as follows.Firstly,promote the transformation of traditional classroom teaching into the one with the characteristics of"equal subjects"of instructors and students based on the online and offline hybrid teaching mode introduced.Secondly,carry out scientific research practice oriented teaching method.It helps graduates to link up theory with practice.Thirdly,explore the comprehensive course scoring method on the basis of whole teaching process,and construct the closed-loop teaching quality control systems with feedback mechanism constituted by questionnaire survey and face to face interview.Related measures can be spread to teaching practices of other corresponding courses,and they are of certain exploratory and inspirational significances.
