以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,立足图书馆本身,全面落实公共文化服务保障法和公共图书馆法的精神,以全面完成全国公共文化重大改革任务为目标,提高图书馆服务水平和服务效能。这是区域图书馆联盟所肩负的使命,目前相关研究尚有不足,未来的区域图书馆联盟领域的研究应立足理论体系的构建上,深入挖掘区域图书馆联盟的具体问题。

Guided by Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, based on the library itself, fully implement the spirit of the Public Cultural Service Guarantee Law and the Public Library Law.With the goal of comprehensively completing the major reform task of national public culture, improve the service level and service efficiency of libraries. This is the mission of the regional library alliance. The current research is still insufficient, and the future research in the field of the regional library alliance should be based on the construction of the theoretical system to deeply explore the specific problems of the regional library alliance.
