摘要
自国家强制实施有源医疗器械电磁兼容检测以来,电磁屏蔽作为一种有效的隔离方法在产品的设计和研发中越来越受到重视,合理的屏蔽能够在很大程度上加强产品的电磁兼容性能。该研究阐述了电磁屏蔽、电磁屏蔽材料的作用与分类,以及电磁屏蔽技术在医疗器械电磁兼容整改中的应用,选取了电磁兼容检测中的辐射发射试验和静电放电抗扰度试验案例分析,不合格现象的原因,提出了相应的整改策略,为今后电磁兼容整改提供了更多的思路与对策。
Since the national mandatory implementation of electromagnetic compatibility testing of active medical devices,with electromagnetic shielding as an effective isolation method getting more and more attention in the design and development of products,the EMC performance of the products can be greatly enhanced through reasonable shielding.In this paper,the role and classification of electromagnetic shielding were described,and the role and classification of electromagnetic shielding materials were introduced.Meanwhile,with selection and analysis of the actual case about radiation emission test and electrostatic discharge immunity test in electromagnetic compatibility testing,the corresponding rectification strategies were proposed,and the application of electromagnetic shielding technology in the electromagnetic compatibility rectification of medical devices was elaborated,providing more ideas and countermeasures for the electromagnetic compatibility rectification in the future.
