摘要
疾病预防控制机构理化实验室主要工作是负责辖区室内空气、生活饮用水、食品、生物材料等理化项目的检验检测工作,为政府和委托方提供准确、可靠的检验检测结果。该实验室贮存和使用的危险化学品种类较多。因此,为确保实验室检验检测工作安全有序开展,该研究结合所在实验室的实际情况,从采购、贮存使用、废弃化学品处理、人员安全培训及应急预案建立4个方面提出管理对策,按照“以人为本,安全第一,预防为主”原则,加强建立健全实验室管理制度,进行系统的风险评估,控制风险点,认真落实管理制度,确保检验人员规范操作,避免发生理化实验室安全事故。
With the inspection and detection of indoor air,drinking water,food,biological materials and other physical and chemical items as main work of physical and chemical laboratory of disease prevention and control institution under its jurisdiction,the institution provided accurate and reliable inspection and detection results for the government and the entrusting party,but there are many kinds of hazardous chemicals stored and used.Therefore,in order to ensure the safe and orderly development of laboratory inspection and testing work,according to the actual situation of the laboratory,management countermeasures were proposed from four aspects including procurement,storage and use,disposal of waste chemicals,personnel safety training and establishment of emergency plans,and"people-oriented,safety first,prevention first"was set as the basic principle,in the study.In addition,it also strengthened the establishment and improvement of laboratory management system,carried out systematic risk assessment,controlled risk points,seriously implemented the management system,ensured that the inspectors operated in a standardized manner,and avoided the occurrence of physical and chemical laboratory safety accidents.
