摘要
目的 探讨动态脑电图(AEEG)在脑出血急性期患者不同出血部位、血肿量的影像学特征。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年7月医院收治的60例脑出血急性期患者,在发病72 h后,连续开展4 d的AEEG检查,依据AEEG检查的基本流程与操作标准,进行相关频率、参数的设置,采用16导双极导联实施采样,当脑电图图像稳定后,对其结果进行观察与分析。结果 60例患者的AEEG异常较突出,大多呈广泛性改变,且多为双侧或单侧弥漫性θ波,另外还伴有阵发性δ活动;小脑、脑叶等表浅部位的AEEG异常率较基底节、脑室、脑干等深部病变的异常率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出血量大于40 ml、20~40 ml脑出血患者的AEEG异常率较脑出血量小于20 ml脑出血患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑出血急性期患者行AEEG检查,不同出血部位、血肿量的影像学特征明显,能为其疗效判定及预后评估提供支持。
Objective The imaging characteristics of dynamic electroencephalogram(AEEG)in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage at different bleeding sites and hematoma volume were investigated.Methods With selection of 60 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to July 2022,after 72 hours of onset,AEEG examination was carried out continuously for 4 days.According to the basic process and operation standard of AEEG,the relevant frequency and parameters were set,and the 16-lead bipolar lead was used for sampling.When the EEG image was stabilized,the results were observed and analyzed.Results Among the 60 patients,AEEG abnormalities were prominent,most of them showed extensive changes,and most of them were bilateral or unilateral diffuseθWave,accompanied by plus arrayδActivities.The abnormal rate of AEEG in superficial areas such as cerebellum and brain lobe was higher than that in deep lesions such as basal ganglia,ventricles and brain stem,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of AEEG in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage of more than 40ml and 20-40 ml was higher than that in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage of less than 20ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion With AEEG examination for patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,the imaging features of different bleeding sites and hematoma volume are obvious,which can provide support for the determination of curative effect and the evaluation of prognosis.
