摘要
澜沧江上游流域水电站库区大部分为峡谷地带,由于地形复杂、交通不畅等原因,在变形的临发阶段,人员不仅难以快速到达现场,而且到现场可能存在危险,使得传统的监测方法在该地区实施困难。主要针对澜沧江流域库区水位抬升或下降过程中引起的库区内多个滑坡体发生滑坡的问题,采用InSAR技术手段代替传统测量手段对滑坡体进行监测,依据监测对象的形变信息进行安全性分析以及灾害预警,确保电站安全运营和滑坡体部位人民生命财产安全。
The reservoir area of hydropower stations in the upper reaches of Lancang River is mostly in Canyon area.Due to complicated terrain and poor traffic,it is not only difficult for personnel to reach the site quickly in the imminent stage of deformation,but also dangerous to the site,which makes it difficult to implement traditional monitoring methods in this area.In order to solve the problem of landslide caused by water level rise or fall in the reservoir area of Lancang River Basin,InSAR technology is used instead of traditional measurement to monitor landslide mass.According to deformation information of monitoring objects,safety analysis and disaster warning are carried out to ensure safe operation of power plant and safety of life and property of people in landslide mass.
