工程地质条件对抽水蓄能电站库址比选的影响

摘要 影响抽水蓄能电站库址选择的因素很多,包括水工建筑物布置、挖填平衡、地形地质条件及投资等,其中地形地质条件是很重要的因素之一,地形地貌、岩体特征、地下水活动特性及构造发育情况等地形地质条件对工程技术可行性均会产生一定的影响,有时甚至是决定性的影响,如水库渗漏、岸坡稳定及坝基或面板变形等。以河北某抽水蓄能电站上库库址比选为例,分析了地形地质条件对库址选择的影响,提出库址比选地质建议。 There are many factors influencing the selection of reservoir site of pumped storage power station,including layout of hydraulic structures,balance of excavation and filling,topographic and geological conditions and investment,etc.The topographic and geological conditions are one of the most important factors.The topographic and geological conditions,such as topography,rock mass characteristics,groundwater activity characteristics and structural development,have certain influence on the feasibility of Engineering technology,and sometimes even decisive influence,such as reservoir leakage,bank slope stability and dam foundation or panel deformation.Taking the comparison and selection of upper reservoir site of a pumped storage power station in Hebei as an example,this paper analyses the influence of topographic and geological conditions on the selection of reservoir site and puts forward geological suggestions for comparison and selection of reservoir site.
