摘要
水利泵站进水口常见的水力现象主要为表面漩涡,漩涡的出现对于水工建筑物及机组运行的稳定性具有较大影响,因此有必要强化对进水口漩涡水力特性的研究,结合研究成果提出设计优化改进措施。文章对漩涡的分类、形成机理、影响效应等相关水力特性进行了论述,通过Fluent有限元模拟分析的方式对复杂工况作用下的漩涡水力特性进行了模拟分析,验证了进水口淹没深度在不同流量情况下对泵站机组设施运行情况的影响。
The common hydraulic phenomena at the intake of hydraulic pump station are surface whirlpools.The occurrence of vortex has a great influence on the stability of hydraulic structures and units.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the research on the hydraulic characteristics of intake swirl and put forward design optimization improvement measures based on the research results.In this paper,the classification,formation mechanism,influence effect and other related hydraulic characteristics of vortex are discussed.By means of fluent finite element simulation analysis,the swirl hydraulic characteristics under complex conditions are simulated and analyzed,and the effect of submerged depth of intake on operation of pump station unit facilities under different flow conditions is verified.
