巴楚县民生渠首布置型式及导流堤基础处理方案比选

Comparison of Layout Type of Minsheng Headwork and Foundation Treatment Schemes for Diversion Embankment in Bachu County

民生渠首作为叶尔羌河流域第五级引水枢纽,对叶尔羌河流域农业和经济发展至关重要。为解决民生渠首洪水标准、防洪能力不足和过流能力不满足规范要求等问题,提出4种渠首布置形式。通过综合比较分析各方案在管理、投资、运行等方面的情况,优选出工程设计方案,并通过比选,得到导流堤基础处理的方案,保证工程的安全建设和运行。

As the fifth diversion hub of the Yerqiang River Basin,Minsheng headwork is of great importance to agriculture and economic development of the Yerqiang River Basin.In order to solve the problems such as flood standard of people's livelihood canal head,insufficient flood control capacity and insufficient overflow capacity to meet the requirements of specifications,four canal head layout forms are proposed in this paper.Through comprehensive comparison and Analysis on management,investment,operation and other aspects of each scheme,the engineering design scheme is selected.Through comparison and selection,the foundation treatment scheme of diversion embankment is obtained to ensure the safe construction and operation of the project.
