清水河治理河段生态防洪堤及护岸护坡设计计算

Design and Calculation of Ecological Flood Control Embankment and Bank Slope Protection for Reach Regulation Section of Qingshui River

舒茶镇和百神庙镇部分河段治理是补齐清水河防洪短板,完善舒城县城镇封闭防洪体系的关键。根据舒城县“国家生态文明建设示范区”巩固提升战略发展要求,结合治理河段防洪现存主要问题,按照20a1遇洪水设防,提出防洪堤加高培厚、护岸护坡加固和修建堤顶防汛道路相结合的治理方案。护岸护坡型式比选和设计计算分析成果表明:优选的满铺草皮均质土堤生态方案,在提高河道防洪标准和行洪能力的基础上,有效修复了河道水生态系统功能。

Part of river section treatment in Shucha Town and Baishenmiao Town is the key to make up short flood control board of Qingshui River and improve closed flood control system in Shucheng County.According to the development requirements of consolidation and promotion strategy of"National Demonstration Zone for Eco-Civilization Construction"in Shucheng County,and in combination with the existing main problems in flood control of the river section,and according to the once-in-20-year flood protection,a control scheme combining heightening and thickening of flood protection embankment,revetment of bank slope and construction of flood protection road on embankment top is proposed.The results of comparison and analysis of types of bank revetment and design calculation indicate that the preferred ecological scheme of homogeneous soil embankment covered with turf effectively restores the function of river water ecosystem based on improving flood control standards and flood carrying capacity of the river.
