摘要
为促进斜流式水泵水轮机的发展进步,结合近几年国内外对斜流式水轮机、斜流泵、混流式水泵水轮机和斜流式水泵水轮机的研究情况,总结出在设计斜流式水泵水轮机可以参考三元理论和“等价速度三角形”理论对转轮进行设计,要重点考虑其会存在的“S”特性以及无叶区的压力脉动,可以基于反问题设计出斜流水泵水轮机叶轮。此种方法对于设计效率有很大的提高,并且设计精度较高。
In order to promote the development and progress of diagonal-flow pump turbine,this paper analyses the research status of diagonal-flow turbine,diagonal-flow pump,mixed-flow pump turbine and diagonal-flow pump turbine at home and abroad in recent years.It is concluded that the design of diagonal-flow pump turbine can refer to ternary theory and equivalent speed triangle theory to design the runner.The impeller of diagonal-flow pump turbine can be designed on the basis of inverse problems,especially considering its S-characteristics and pressure fluctuation in the vaneless area.This method greatly improves the design efficiency and has a high design accuracy.
