河洛文化视野下六味地黄丸组方思想诠释

Prescription Interpretation of Liuwei Dihuang Pill from Perspective of Heluo Culture

六味地黄丸是北宋钱乙自《金匮要略》所录崔氏八味肾气丸化裁而来。清代医家金理《医原图说》中“六味地黄丸图”则把六味地黄丸以图文并茂的方式作以生动诠释。“六味地黄丸图”由一副六味地黄丸总图和六副分图构成,以河洛理数精解六味地黄丸的组方思想,认为六味地黄丸及其变化方皆效法河洛文化。《医原图说》认为,六味地黄丸以六味药的量数模拟乾坤象数;其六味药及其辅料量数分别法象四象、五行及天地次序;其六味药仿效河图的坎离象数;六味地黄丸的变化方分别对应五行方位所象征的五脏系统。

Liuwei Dihuang Pill was developed by Qian Yi of the Northern Song Dynasty from Cui′s Bawei Shenqi Pill recorded in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.In Yi Yuan Tu Shuo,which was created by Jin Li,a doctor of the Qing Dynasty,the graph of Liuwei Dihuang Pill was vividly presented with illustrations and texts.The graph is consists of a total map of Liuwei Dihuang Pill and six sub-maps.The prescription of Liuwei Dihuang Pill was interpreted with the Heluo Theory of Lishu,and it was believed that Liuwei Dihuang Pill and the kinds of this prescription can be modeled based on Heluo culture.According to Yi Yuan Tu Shuo,Liuwei Dihuang Pill simulates the number of images of heaven and earth with the quantity of six drugs;The quantity of the six drugs and their excipients are respectively like the Four Images,the Five Elements as well as the order of heaven and earth;Its six drugs imitate the number of Kanli Images in He Tu;The changes of Liuwei Dihuang Pill correspond to the Five Zang system symbolized by the Five Elements.
