中医药调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路治疗股骨头坏死的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 中医药防治股骨头坏死主要是通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,干预BMSCs骨分化过程及相应分子、蛋白,促进破骨细胞的增殖分化、抑制成骨细胞的生成,提高骨密度,修复骨破损实现的。但中医药调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路防治股骨头坏死的机制研究,多聚焦在对信号通路上单个特异性蛋白的研究,其他功能蛋白及相关基因的完整研究相对匮乏;电针、推拿、中药熏洗、中药灌注、温针灸、刮痧等中医特色疗法通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路刺激骨分化治疗股骨头坏死的有关研究较为匮乏。未来可加强对其他多种中医特色疗法调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路治疗股骨头坏死机制的探索;对股骨头坏死诊断及预后疗效评估时可借助影像学指标及髋关节功能评分作出可靠的评价,为中医药治疗股骨头坏死提供依据。 In traditional Chinese medicine,preventing femoral head necrosis can be achieved mainly by regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway,intervening in the bone differentiation process of BMSCs and corresponding molecules and proteins,promoting the proliferation and differentiation of osteoclasts,inhibiting the formation of osteoblasts,and improving bone density and repair bone damage.However,the research on the mechanism of TCM regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to prevent and treat femoral head necrosis mostly focuses on the research of a single specific protein in the signaling pathway,and the complete research on other functional proteins and related genes is relatively scarce.And there is a lack of research on the treatment of femoral head necrosis by regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway to stimulate bone differentiation with TCM characteristic therapies such as electroacupuncture,massage,Chinese medicine fumigation,Chinese medicine perfusion,warm needling moxibustion,scraping therapy,etc.In its future exploration,the exploration of the mechanism of regulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in the treatment of femoral head necrosis with various other TCM characteristic therapies can be strengthened.For the diagnosis and prognosis of femoral head necrosis,reliable evaluation can be made with the help of imaging indicators and hip joint function score,which will provide a more powerful basis for the treatment of femoral head necrosis with traditional Chinese medicine.
