摘要 目的:基于局部一致性(regional homogeneity,ReHo)方法探讨针刺太白-丰隆配穴对健康人脑响应的影响。方法:以16例健康男性为研究对象,针刺受试者右侧太白-丰隆配穴,并于针刺前后进行静息态脑功能磁共振成像(resting-state cerebral functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)检查,取rs-fMRI相关数据进行ReHo分析。结果:针刺太白-丰隆配穴后,左侧小脑9区、右侧小脑9区、左侧脑颞下回(BA46)、右脑梭状回、右侧额上回、左侧豆状苍白球、右侧前扣带和旁扣带脑回、右侧楔前叶(BA7)的ReHo值升高;左侧前扣带回、右脑中央后回(BA2)的ReHo值降低。结论:针刺太白-丰隆配穴可以特异性激活或抑制部分脑区,且特异性脑区与腧穴所属经络循行及功能主治具有一定相关性。 Objective:Based on the regional homogeneity(ReHo)method to explore the effect of acupuncture Taibai-Fenglong acupoints on the healthy human brain.Methods:Taking 16 healthy males as research subjects,the Taibai-Fenglong acupoints on the right side of the subjects were acupunctured.Resting-state cerebral functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)examination was performed before and after acupuncture,and the relevant rs-fMRI data were collected for ReHo analysis.Results:After acupuncture Taibai-Fenglong combined acupoints,the ReHo value in left cerebellum area 9,right cerebellum area 9,left inferior temporal gyrus(BA46),right fusiform gyrus,right superior frontal gyrus,left lenticular nucleus pallidum right anterior cingulate and paracingulate gyri,right precuneus(BA7)were increased.And the ReHo values of the left anterior cingulate gyrus and the right postcentral gyrus(BA2)were decreased.Conclusion:Acupuncture of Taibai-Fenglong acupoints can specifically activate or inhibit some brain regions,and there is a certain correlation between the specific brain regions and the meridian flow and indications to which the acupoints belong.
