Sc_(2)O_(3)在ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐中的溶解特性

摘要 采用步冷曲线法测量了ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐的初晶温度,以等温饱和法测量了Sc_(2)O_(3)在ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐中的溶解度,研究了温度与ScF_(3)含量的影响。通过XRD探究了Sc_(2)O_(3)在ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐中的溶解原理。结果表明,ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐的初晶温度随ScF_(3)含量的增加而升高,添加Sc_(2)O_(3)会使初晶温度降低;Sc_(2)O_(3)在ScF_(3)-LiF熔盐中主要发生化学溶解,溶解平衡时间约为2 h,其溶解度随温度的升高及ScF_(3)含量的增大而增大。 The liquidus temperature of ScF_(3)-LiF molten salt was measured by step cooling curve method.The solubility of Sc_(2)O_(3)in ScF_(3)-LiF molten salt was measured by the isothermal saturation method,and the effects of temperature and ScF_(3)content were studied.The dissolution mechanism of Sc_(2)O_(3)in ScF_(3)-LiF molten salt was analyzed by X-ray diffraction.The results show that the liquidus temperature of ScF_(3)-LiF molten salt rises with the increase of ScF_(3)content,while it decreases with the addition of Sc_(2)O_(3).The dissolution of Sc_(2)O_(3)in ScF_(3)-LiF molten salt is mainly chemical dissolution,the dissolution equilibrium time is about 2 h,and its solubility increases with the increase of temperature and ScF_(3)content.
