中国式现代化视域下乡村振兴促进共同富裕研究

Research on Rural Revitalization Promoting Common Prosperity from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

党的二十大报告在论述中国式现代化时,把实现全体人民共同富裕作为中国式现代化的本质要求之一。全体人民共同富裕的中国式现代化,必须以重大战略部署予以推进,补齐农民农村共同富裕这一短板。基于此,党中央提出了乡村振兴战略,强调以乡村振兴促进共同富裕,这是以马克思主义经典作家的城乡融合理论以及中国共产党的乡村建设思想作为理论依据的。然而,在实践中,农业农村现代化存在的短板依然明显、“三农”领域资源集聚不足现象依然存在、农民增收渠道和收入水平还面临一些问题,亟需尽快破解。基于此,应加快推动农业农村现代化,加快构建乡村资源聚集新格局,加快构建农民增收新体系,以乡村振兴促进共同富裕取得新突破。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China regards realizing the common prosperity of all the people as one of the essential requirements of Chinese modernization.The common prosperity for all people must be promoted with major strategic arrangements to strengthen the weakness of farmers and rural areas.Based on this,the CPC Central Committee puts forward the strategy of rural revitalization,emphasizing the promotion of common prosperity through rural revitalization,which is based on the urban-rural integration theory of Marxist classic writers and the rural construction thought of the Communist Party of China.However,some problems need to be solved urgently in practice.For example,the weakness of agricultural and rural modernization are still obvious,the resources agglomeration in agriculture,rural areas and farmers are insufficient,and farmers'income channels and income levels still face some problems.Therefore,we should accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,build a new pattern for pooling rural resources,and establish a new system for increasing rural income,so as to make new breakthroughs in promtoting rural revitalization and common prosperity.
