摘要
以城市“三生”空间功能治理效果为切入点,运用熵权法、耦合协调模型测度不同时段中国284个地级以上城市治理绩效,并分析其时空演变特征。研究发现:城市及其“三生”空间治理绩效均呈不断提升趋势,且地区差异缩小。城市治理绩效正向空间相关性显著,“高-高”集聚区主要分布在东南沿海地区。城市生产与生活空间治理绩效与城市规模成正向变动关系,生态空间治理绩效反之,一定程度上说明城市规模扩张与人口集聚压力所带来的“大城市病”。鉴于此,城市治理应统筹兼顾、补齐短板,推动生产、生活、生态空间的协调发展;因地制宜、因时制宜地采取多样化发展方式;注重城市规模与城市空间的适配度。
Based on the effect of urban"production-living-ecological"spatial function governance,this paper uses entropy weight method and coupling coordination model to measure the governance performance of 284 cities at prefecture-level and above in different periods,and analyzes its spatial-temporal evolution characteristics.The research finds that the performance of the city and its"production-living-ecological"spatial governance shows a trend of continuous improvement,and the regional differences narrows.The positive spatial correlation of urban governance performance is significant,and the high-high agglomeration areas are mainly distributed in the southeast.There is a positive relationship between urban production and living space governance performance and urban scale,while ecological space governance performance is vice versa,which to some extent indicates the"big city disease"brought by urban scale expansion and population agglomeration pressure.In view of this,urban administrators should take overall sideration,complement the weak points,promote the coordinated development of production,living and ecological space,adopt diversified development mode according to local conditions and time conditions,pay attention to the adaptation of city scale and urban space.
