水刺非织造布行业能耗分析及节能措施

Energy consumption analysis and energy saving measures for spunlaced nonwovens industry

摘要 “十三五”期间,我国纺织行业用能结构不断优化,万元产值综合能耗及产值水耗均大幅下降。但对行业来说,节能降耗和走可持续发展之路意义深远。结合水刺非织造布行业的实际能源消耗情况分析,从厂区总平面布置、建筑设计、工艺及设备选择、辅助工程设计、能源计量器具配备及管理等方面进行了分析,提出了水刺非织造布行业节能的相关措施。 During the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"period,the energy consumption structure of our coun-try's textile industry was continuously optimized,and the comprehensive energy consumption of ten thousand yuan of output value and the water consumption of output value dropped significantly.But for the industry,energy conservation and consumption reduction taking the road of sustainable develop-ment are of far-reaching significance.Combined with the analysis of the actual energy consumption of the spunlace nonwoven industry,the general layout of the factory,architectural design,process and equipment selection,auxiliary engineering design,energy measurement equipment and management,etc.were analyzed,and relevant energy saving measures in the spunlace nonwoven industry were pro-posed.
