摘要
通过研究聚苯硫醚纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、玻璃纤维、芳纶1313、聚四氟乙烯纤维和聚噁二唑纤维等几种高温过滤材料纤维的溶解性能,给出了不同滤料产品混纺的定量分析方法,并通过试验确定了不同试验条件下不溶纤维的质量修正系数,推荐了不同过滤材料纤维混纺时的优先溶解顺序。
The solubility properties of several high-temperature filter material fibers such as polyphenylene sulfide fiber,polyimide fiber,glass fiber,aramid 1313,polytetrafluoroethylene fiber,and polyoxadiazole fi-ber were studied,the quantitative analysis methods of blending different filter media products were given,and the quality correction coefficient of insoluble fiber under different test conditions was determined by ex-periment,and the preferred dissolution order of fiber blending of different filter materials was recommend-ed.
